Safe Removalist

Big, accredited company with big corporate mentality geared towards large clients. I had to cancel with them, after an appalling treatment. For them, I was only a small client, so they assigned me to fill the truck for a larger job. I had paid in full, yet I was not to know an exact date and time, I would only have a notice of half hour within a window of three days. I was only to talk to reception, no manager, until I started objecting that their "open" plan may not work for me. I really needed to move, however the only two options left were that they leave my stuff in the streets, as they would not coordinate pick-up and delivery times with me, or cancel.

At the end, probably worried about this bad review, they offered to cancel in full. I delayed my move having to find another removalist, but thankfully the others were the opposite, personable and customer oriented.

Hope this review is useful to others: moving is stressful, choose someone who listens and looks after you.
